Make a Reservation

Reservations are required for groups of more than 15 people. This way we can help you arrange your tour, activities and schedule a Holocaust Survivor to speak to your group.

Policy for Booking Tours

Requests for tours must be made at least 4 weeks in advance by filling out this form or by calling the Education Coordinator at (323) 651-9925.

When you book a tour it must be confirmed by the Education Coordinator before it is formally placed on the Museum’s Calendar. The Museum will confirm your tour by e-mail. Then, before your visit, we will contact you by telephone or email to confirm your tour and discuss any details. Please be advised that failure to make contact with the group leader to confirm your reservation prior to the day of the tour will result in the Museum cancelling your reservation.

Because of the high demand for group visits that we experience in the months between February and June, we recommend that you book your museum visit for this part of the year ASAP, to avoid disappointment.
