LAMOTH remembers Holocaust victims

Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust (LAMOTH) president Beth Kean and Holocaust survivor Yona Nadelman observed International Holocaust Remembrance Day on Jan. 27.

LAMOTH executive board member Paul Nussbaum spoke via livestream to the Remembrance Day commemoration at Jagiellonian Medical College in Poland. Nussbaum’s great grandmother, grandparents and uncle were killed during the Holocaust.

“We must stand shoulder to shoulder with the new ‘others,’ promote tolerance and understanding, and testify to the lessons of history,” he said.

LAMOTH is located at 100 The Grove Dr. For information, visit lamoth.org.
