SUMMARY:"Let's Talk About It: New Conversations on the Holocaust" with Michele Gold
DESCRIPTION:This free series will further explore the Holocaust in contemporary contexts.  The BYO brown-bag lunch-and-learns will be held at the Museum on the first Friday of every month from 12PM-1PM.
  
 This month features Museum docent Michele Gold.  Michele, whose mother was a Kindertransport survivor, will speak about the history of the Kindertransport.  She will also share excerpts of the interviews she conducted with 103-year-old Sir Nicholas Winton, the oldest living Holocaust rescuer.  Currently, Michele is writing a book about the Kindertransports documenting about 750 Kinder.  Holocaust survivor and Museum docent/speaker, Gabriella Karin is illustrating the book.
