INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INTERNSHIP
All-year internship
Department of Archive, Library and Historical Curatorship seeks a qualified individual who can design and implement archival database using a unified platform for archival description and access, such as Archon.
Knowledge in programming, computer science and experience in building databases for repositories is required
Familiarity with MARC and EAD formats, as well as introduction of FTP server is expected
Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust is one of the oldest Holocaust museum in the country.
An internship in this Museum provides an opportunity to apply your knowledge in information technology into practice and learn about the History of the Holocaust through the primary documents and artifacts.
We welcome all applicants. Please note that knowledge in Modern History is a plus.
